Then in 2012, he took the ultimate crazy step…at 52 years old, he retired from his career of 25 years in the jewelry industry to follow his passion…and opened his own BBQ restaurant!!! Bill has been providing delicious eats for events of family and friends, whether it is a backyard party, a special luncheon or dinner gathering, even tailgating for college football goers.
